Where I come from, nowhere near China, it's pretty common to see old men shirtless in their gardens. Hell, my neighbor pretty much just hanged around in his undies all day every day from May to September lmao
Technically now he's a great-grandfather.
That's where you steal stuff while you're hanging dong so if you get caught you have a distraction
