Yes, as uus presidents usually do since WW2. But don't worry, I'm sure they'll tell you "THATS NOT US", and it's just Trump and definitely not a systemic problem.
The POTUS has the discretionary power to send troops and launch a military action without Congress approval in case of emergency alone. There wasn't any emergency.
The "emergency" was Netanyahoo starting the bombing of Iran, soon after someone said "Trump Always Chickens Out", so Don bravely joined in dropping bombs at no danger to himself.
Phew thankfully that's how its always done so just don't need to point it out ever again and keep with the status quo
