MODERATORS
The POTUS has the discretionary power to send troops and launch a military action without Congress approval in case of emergency alone. There wasn't any emergency.
The "emergency" was Netanyahoo starting the bombing of Iran, soon after someone said "Trump Always Chickens Out", so Don bravely joined in dropping bombs at no danger to himself.
