what the fuck are you talking about?
I think they're talking about the woman in Georgia who was in a coma but forced to have a child despite it being unhealthy for her and the child.
doesn’t quite sound like rape.
As far as I know, that one didn't include rape, but either way as a vague concern it's a description of the current trend of abortion laws.
Which as far as anyone can tell, has absolutely nothing to do with this story.
Probably abortion bans and our abysmal rate of testing rape kits.
