What the hell is a fresher?
Fresh out of college. Never heard that term before either, but "off campus" is the clue I'm going with.
It’s the common term in India, not sure where else.
Not in the US
In the UK it's a first-year university student, what Americans would call a freshman, but I doubt that's what the meme means
Someone without working experience. Usually fresh graduates.
Like others said, fresh graduate. Though in my country we call it freshie.
