Yeah that's an IV bruise.
Old people always seem to bruise like that. But the question is... Why? I thought he was in "perfect health." People in "perfect health" don't need IVs.
Maybe he has a blood boy.

I'm guessing that in the last few weeks, he hasn't been feeling well and they've been giving him IV hydration every night. Not sure about the weather, but I bet it's hot in DC.
That picture they took of him yesterday and Vance saying that he'll take over if anything happens to Trump, leads me to believe something more serious happened in the last few days. Maybe a mini stroke or something?
Any particular reason you're confident it's from a PVC as opposed to venepuncture? I've seen veins blow during simple venepuncture.
Oh I'm not. It just seems less likely to be a venipuncture at that location .
My elderly mother gets bruises like that from bumping into things.
Looks like a spot on the radial(?) vein where the needle went in.
