If Bowie had gone goth, heβd be Gary Numan.
But then Gary Numan would have to be Andrew Eldritch - and since you can't get /more/ goth than Drew, where would /he/ go ? He'd have to come out the other side and be Jason Donovan.
Or Numan would have just ended up settling for being the BDSM one from Depeche Mode.
