As the global reputation of US brands slips, some US firms are turning to unusual marketing strategies. Coca-Cola, for instance, is now promoting itself as a "German product."

They can print "made in germany" as big as they like, the money still goes to a US company. If Coca Cola had to pull out of Europe, Jana would make Fritz Cola (or any other) instead, so idgaf.
