Know yourself. Not your hobbies, your habits, or your job. Your worldview. Understand its biases, its flaws and who may be hurt by it. Craft it with meaningful ideas that recognize the inherent value in the gift of life. Create rituals with those you love that celebrate and express gratitude for this shared existence.
