There was was a panic around disco? Huh, TIL.

Oh, yeah, it was a big thing that we in the modern day often don't think about. Disco's meteoric rise and fall was in part due to overexposure, but also due to a backlash from its strong associations with the Black, LGBT, and immigrant communities.
