Donald Trump's peace plan, which calls for a portion of the Russian Central Bank's frozen assets in Europe to be returned to Russia and the US, has complicated discussions among the 27 member states.

@Domino #Russia is welcome to have their #FrozenAssets in #Europe returned after they pay roughly 1 trillion in reparations to #Ukraine. After that, whatever they want to do with their assets, if they have any left, is their business.
