There were a few settings I needed to change and issues with the s3 bucket. I am still working out the kinks, sorry about this, the instance will not be reset like this again.

Sorry for the inconvenience, this type of thing will never happen again, and from here on out I will back up the site periodically.

that shouldn't be an issue anymore, I've changed the site's secret, so all old sessions should be expired
