I wish the same vitriol we have towards lawns was there for alfalfa farms in arid regions or almond farms in the desert. The Colorado River isn't running dry because Bob and Susan in their suburban home water their lawn a few times a week.

Nice non sequitur you got there.

Big Ag using up all our freshwater is indeed a major issue but has nothing to do with a video rightly pointing out the many, many downsides of lawns.

Also, excessive lawn maintenance absolutely does impact water supplies in arid regions, so tf is your point?
