Saffron as a natural alternative to medication. Anybody tried it? does it have any effect? (lemmy.ml)

Since I am struggling to find real treatment medication where I live, I looked up natural alternatives. Found some who speak good about saffron as having good effects. I just started taking it 2 days ago. Has anybody tried it for an extended period?

There have been legitimate studies on this. There isn't strong evidence but it isn't dismissed as internet bs.
