Saffron as a natural alternative to medication. Anybody tried it? does it have any effect? (lemmy.ml)

Since I am struggling to find real treatment medication where I live, I looked up natural alternatives. Found some who speak good about saffron as having good effects. I just started taking it 2 days ago. Has anybody tried it for an extended period?

So there might possibly be something somewhere there but nobody knows what. Alright, but not exactly reason enough for me to buy saffron in bulge now. Thank you for the link.

As OP said, its a desperation move because they can't get other meds. Nobody is suggesting people go off their meds with this.
