How do I upload and/or paste images and videos in comments? (piefed.blahaj.zone)

In a post, I'm prompted to upload the media in question and then to select and paste it. However, in comments, I don't get prompted. It only pastes ![](https). I don't know how I am supposed to know the link and hash to a piece of media that I haven't been prompted for to upload yet. 🥺

No, you definitly found a bug. I also though it worked but the popup appear or hide. h3ndrik's comment below mine provide technical detail :

Huh. Seems like a bug… If I refresh the page a lot of times, sometimes the button works, sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve attached a screenshot of the browser’s developer console. Let’s see if that image loads. It says “image button not found”.

Maybe some race condition between the separate parts of the JavaScript?
