Lowest SpO2 recorded was 68 for me.
Until I got my CPAP, I was literally getting more tired by sleeping. I was more energetic and attentive when I only slept ~3 hours at night.
Now any time I hear anyone complain about being tired constantly, or snoring or suffocating in their sleep, I tell them to get a sleep study done.
Funnily enough, people mostly go there because of the snoring, but the snoring isn't dangerous part. You have to be breathing to snore! That bit of course ruins your wife's sleep though.
