I live in the bottom left, only that the queue is implemented by not having a literal queue but just being lucky when you contact the doctors, that they have an open spot right at that moment.
And all contact is handled by phone.
One wonders how I haven't got an appointment after more than a year.
Call every morning and ask if they have any cancellations or other openings. After a week or so they will get sick of you calling and find you a spot.
One of the things I need a doctor for is because of my extreme difficulties in social interaction (/calling). Imagine you have to overcome your hardest difficulties just to get help.
I'm trying, but it's almost impossible, and "every morning for a week" is definitely not possible.
I hear you. And I know that people will tell you that anxieties like this are best treated by exposure. But that doesn't help if you just can't do it. Know that you're not alone in this. It's so common and so frustrating. Maybe you can get someone to call on your behalf?
