what's wrong with being European?
Eurocentrism is the theory of Europe as an epistemic black hole: absorbing, replacing, & excluding. It isn't the notion there is something innately wrong with Europeans. Although there are many funny reasons to suspect there is.
What's wrong with being "third world"? In terms of existing happily, quite a bit, but nothing inherent to being from there, rather what has happened there which makes it unlivable. Cultures don't have innate qualities that get degraded or are always superior to others. These things change along with social conditions. That's how Europe got to the point it can grandstand about being dainiter than its victims.
third world is a process not an fixed place
That's part of the same field of study. The third world, or the periphery's creation & repression is part & parcel to the creation & prolonging of capitalism. It grew by consuming tributary modes of production in w. asia, the subcontinent, & china. Today it is threatened by the industrialization of regions the imperialists need to remain poor for their system to function. I'm nutshelling here because you're still chiding people for bad behavior & not the system that threw their societies into the woodchipper.
It's a continuous process inflicted on these regions. It takes a lot of work to ensure they never see the fruits of their labor
You ask if anyone has noticed people in a region of India act better by your reckoning. Tell us more about what goes on there & we will get closer to an answer. It's not just how the people are that makes a region a certain way.
