Countries are free to do this, with the understanding that the rest of the world now understands that they are shit countries.
You understand there are real people affected by this, and calling their country shit does nothing to help them?
I'm from India, I'd describe it as 'shit'. How are you going to help me? What can you possibly do that will remove our authoritarian government, abysmal infrastructure, and overcrowded trains?

When someone from an imperialist country calls your country shit, they're not talking about your government or infrastructure, otherwise they'd have said government not country.
Why can't they run more, longer, trains? Japan's trains used to be insane, now they're merely packed tight enough in the morning you can get an extra 15 minute nap while standing up.
You understand that I'm from one of these countries and am pointing out that my country is a shit country which keeps calling other countries shit countries?
