Yeah that is one of the common symptoms of autism is reporting "feeling like an alien".

look I love food. I treat it almost like a hobby. I've gone on grand adventures traveling many hours just to eat new food. but if I could make a wish and never have to eat ever again and have all food taste like ash in my mouth, I would in a heartbeat. eating sucks.
