There seems to be an issue with pulling in post titles sometimes, either from Lemmy or other PieFed instances, resulting in the text "(content in post body)" rather than the actual title.

All 3 of the examples listed in the comments section - within the post you linked - only submitted hyperlinks as their complete body of content.

Interesting. Yet PieFed.ca seems to handle that input differently from PieFed.social, displaying a different title and thereby causing confusion among users to see such a discrepancy.
