Why is everyone in this thread telling me what I already said?
You ever stop to consider that perhaps you're the one having issues communicating with everybody else?
I see this like people making comments without reading a linked article in a post: you already think you know what it says so you don't bother actually reading anything to make sure you're right. I don't think it really matters what I say if people aren't even going to bother reading it.
So rather than admit you might have been wrong, you invented a situation where you were right
It was me explaining how GOG are the good guys, for not charging twice, for their monthly donation subscription.
It's objectively the right thing to do, but it shouldn't even matter because anyone donating to a for-profit company should be financially secure enough to handle a late withdrawal from their account.
So again, while GOG not charging people on the donation subscription plan is the right thing to do, GOG doesn't provide much (if anything) of value for that subscription in the first place.
