You may find it interesting to know that around 150 years ago, Dutch men were amongst some of the shortest populations in Europe at an average of 165cm (5 ft 5 in).
Good exercise, better diets, and various other good things went into contributing to a taller average height today.

We don’t even have to go 150 years back if we take a look at North and South Korea’s. Photos of soldiers from both countries standing side by side show staggering difference.
I've seen those, huge difference!
Looks aren't everything. Overall my gut feels incredible after a trip to the Netherlands! Great ingredients.
