Literally watched 1 man take his 5 or 6 wives onto an international flight. Upon boarding ground staff holding up passport to face lvel and matching picture to face for every passenger. When it got to the man and his wives they were just waved through without any check or knowing who they actually were. This was a muslim country but I don't remember whether it was Malaysia or somewhere in Middle East. I never knew Muslims were able to travel internationally without even showing their face to an official.
Well, for certain reasons they're definitely not. I think what happened is they will have called ahead/ emailed to say "we'll be covered up, here are our ID's" or checked into a private room beforehand so as to not need to be searched in front of people.
