Just got the urge to play a bit of payday 2, what do I see? Diesel 3.0 open_beta. Yeah, maybe there'll be a good game to play again this summer.

It's not a PvP game, so "getting outgunned" isn't really a concern. I ceetainly had fun with my time with it, without ever getting any of the DLC (except for Big Bank, maybe? I can't remember if that was a DLC or not). But had had a friend group to play with. YMMV.
