Edit: Ah, I see what happened: Smaile phantom edited their comment to remove the 6 or so grammar and spelling errors that made the post totally unintelligible (it's fine, but I actually could not understand what they were saying), which only left my comment, which made it seem like I'm some kind of fascist bot. Great. Wonderful.

By all means, edit your comments, I do it all the time and often don't note it when it's really minor. But when you significantly change what you wrote, good to note that.
