The point isn't about body shaming. It's about the double standards that the OP is trying point out (regardless of whether the image is real or not).

This part is about you (or anyone) making comments about peoples bodies regardless of your intentions

This part is about how much Andrew Tate gives a shit about your (or anyone's) opinion (not that he'll ever even see it)

And this final part is about your (or anyone's) friends, family, community members, etc being the ones you're (or anyone's) actually affecting with your shitty comments
