how to actually possible archive """stable""" levels, sublingual pills? idk they more expensive, i hate estrogel pump dosator, some bottles are worse, and fck eyeballing is worst........., does by eyeballing, less than 0.75 one pump is okay? idk

if i had high enough levels on one pump morning, up to next morning, fck kill those who put hormones into pump dosators, okay but one pump morning was insane spikes and it didnt give me good suppression and i got lg like 2.20, despire being on prog i dont wanna risk more so eyeballing half-pumps better

dumb nurse didnt put effort to find vein in my right hand, but instead took from left where i apply estrogel(yeah is faking result too)
also me dumbass, saved money for fact-check SHBG

fckkkk the estradiol is faked probably in my new bloodwork, but lh is zero, t is 0.9 nmol

Sorry to hear you are dealing with poopy healthcare. I don't know about estrogel, but I can give you some perspective on sublingual pills though, which is what I've been taking for 3 years now. I take 4mg in the morning and 2mg at night and I don't feel like my levels are unstable. I get my bloodwork done 6 hours after taking my morning dose. It used to put me at 130pg/mL (477pmol/L) but since getting my orchi I'm at 243pg/mL (892pmol/L). I have heard that patches are pretty good for getting stable levels, however they are also more expensive unfortunately.
