I am really sorry, I should've not post this. It is kinda like I was drunk... I never been drunk, I am almost 40 but a little slow (mentally retarded) so I avoided that stuff.
Dude if you think this is bad you should read the stuff posted by that one specific individual here at least 16 times a day. Your question at least has relevance and is light hearted. I wouldn't feel embarrassed about posting this at all.

Oh, I got that... I have autism I am slow but intelligent.
It is just I felt to apologize because I don't know why I decided to post that, I even searched online after I posted, so I am apologizing to wasting felllow community members time with a question that should've not been asked, ohhh... I remember!!!
I asked because at that moment I felt it is fun to hear from other's going through this or know someone or are expert in the subject.
Everything seemed fun, was kinda delirious and curious and happy. It is rare these days.
I slept under 3 hours and now I don't feel sleepy, I will be awake all night. I cried for an old man I know who is diapers now.
I wish if I could call him and apologize.
But I was more crying for myself and my health.
I don't know what to do, I can't go back to the country where I am from where Orange boy is attacking and I live in a country where it will deport me any day and I am too tired both.. thorry I have a lithp.

I’m sorry you’re going through all this stress :/ I wish I could help you with that.
What I can give is a precious piece of advice I was given a few years ago: substitute some of your “sorry” with “thank you” e. g. “Thank you for answering my question with funny answers” instead of “sorry for wasting your time”. This applies to several other cases of course, even outside of Lemmy. In short: don’t feel guilty, feel grateful; say sorry when it’s actually necessary.
In my case I could not do this, I would instinctively say “sorry” anyways. To overcome it I started forcing myself to say “sorry for X and thank you for Y”. I can definitely feel a difference on how I see my relationship with other people
