Andy Burnham is no different from Starmer.

Burnham is percieved to have more charisma and speak a lot better than Stsmer making him more dangerous

He has a slightly different soulless look in his eyes than Starmer. Burnham's eyes just look dead whereas Starmer's look like the eyes of a terrified little boy stuck in the body of an adult murderer's body.

Otherwise the differences between Burnham and Starmer seem largely trivial and superficial.

edit 2 Also while their first and last names have the same number of letters (4 and 7 respectively, the algorithm is fairly basic) this batch of neoliberal ghouls does technically have different names for each individual Leadership Product so I think we can safely say Keir and Andy are meaningfully different.
