Yeah that is a nice theory only it goes directly against what we've seen after years of doing this

We banned all the people we didn't like (and be honest now, most bans are not because of extremism, they're because of opinions that slightly misalign with the moderators) and now we have people who were slightly more right than we liked going to other places where they can talk, and these places will be much more right than that person is, and the person becomes more radicalized
