Dishes get worse than laundry when you get older. At least if you're like a lot of ADHD people and have awful back pain from that ADHD "sitting" posture. Which for me is has basically been sitting on my left leg in a painful way enough to keep my legs from moving.

Anyway, grabbing dishes hurts my back. Lots of bending down and going back up. Fucking hate it.

For laundry, I can at least sit down and watch a video while I fold. It's kinda peaceful in comparison.
