Let's be fair that some people do it for personal honour, their family's honour and/or they like doing it, or any other reason, doesn't necessarily have to be for the country or the leaders. I don't work because I love my CEO, I do it to make a living and at least I make a living doing something I don't hate. My CEO just happens to benefit from it and likewise, the country's leaders also benefit
To me, I can't accept that.
Being any part of any military expresses an ignorance about what militaries exist for and what your job is, to basically be a dog of the state. In this era choosing to be in the military says you're a dog of the state choosing to have one piece of shit owner.
Joining up either expresses the heaviest level of "fuck them I'll get mine" mentality or straight up drank the Kool aid and just fill ignorance that can't be by passed. One can no longer act like they don't know what the American military does.
To me anyone who has joined the military since 9/11 is a fool and complicit with cruelness. Anyone who has joined up since Trump took office over a decade ago is just beyond a braindead idiot.
