CS2 has an option to limit fps in menus separately as well. Really important to put on
Just noticed I still say CS:GO. :D Edit: To add something more of a value to this (mine) reply, limiting framerate in menus will not stress your GPU for no reason, and also don't waste power if that is important too; for money or for mobile hardware in example.
Yea i dont need 4000fps in menus but just noticed interesting detail that in there its also limited to 80% usage even thou fps is 4000 compared to 90 in the game..
