I was bored during his nap and he's OBSESSED with planes, so I figured I'd be productive.

I'm unhappy with the forward fuselage, but other than that it honestly looks pretty good from most angles. I have a strange love of working with cardboard, it's tons of fun as a structural material for cat trees and stuff like that

A $200 laser cutter will cut cardboard, you could make all sorts of things. You could use Inkscape to design the parts. They'll also engrave details, like printing.

I see them listed for $100, but I don't know where you are.

Or, a 36 cent razor from home depot

I prefer that because there's no learning curve
