Does the NHS not have better patient protections in place than the US’s shitty system?
I don't know specifics about pictures about video, but considering I get data protection notice just so they can process my basic information when dealing with NHS, I imagine this is an offence that could make the doctor easy to sue over this.
There's not enough information in the article. For example has complaint actually been raised, because it's sort of sounds like she's just complained online about it but hasn't actually done anything official.
I would hope so but I'm not sure
