Women only trans inclusive This is an inclusive community for all things women. Whether you're here for make up tips, feminism or just friendly chit chat, we've got you covered.

Rules…

  1. Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Anyone under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is free to decide whether a women's community is a good fit for them.
  2. Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
  3. Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever.
  4. No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend Feminism@beehaw.org for that, but here is an escape from it.
  5. New accounts or users with few comments may have their posts removed to prevent spam and bad-faith participation.

almost everyone

Well then that's not everyone, is it?

The only one arguing here is you

Nice straw man.

"Women only trans inclusive" btw.

Your post history is not a secret btw.

"Anyone under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is free to decide whether a women’s community is a good fit for them."

And you have clearly demonstrated that not everyone reads the rules in a community before posting.

So this message, this post, is still relevant for this community.

"Unknownman" - if you don't want to be perceived as a man, don't post that you are a man.

You posted 4 days ago that you were a man.

Please respect the rules of this community. If we want to post welcoming messages for transwomen, we're allowed to do so.

So? Saying "I'm a dude" in *an unrelated post btw) means that you know exactly who I am, and that I'm not included in the "Anyone under the trans umbrella"?? All inclusive space my ass. I express a thought and you're literally stalking my profile, analyzing my name to determine my gender and deciding to exclude me out of a community lmfao

[–] velma@sh.itjust.works 3 points 1 day ago (1 children)

You came in here hot under the collar looking for a fight.

That’s not the vibe here regardless of gender.

We don’t have to welcome men in here.

[–] unknownman@lemmy.zip 1 points 1 day ago (2 children)

So what's the vibe here? Stalking someone? Why are you commenting on my posts? Are you going to look trough any database dump just in case my name is in it and try to hack me to figure out where I live? Come on now. Nobody's looking for a fight, literally expressed my opinion and wrote down why that post can be counterintuitive.

I'm not really involved in this but what an insane response. Your username and comment history are public and I can look at them with a click.

Anyway, I have you tagged as "man" in my Lemmy client, so ultimately I'd say I'm practically committing identity theft on you right now.

Great straw man. A few things:

  • My profile & posts are completely unrelated to the argument, so there was literally 0 reason to bring it into the argument.

  • Cyberstalking is the use of the Internet or other electronic means to stalk or harass an individual, group, or organization. It may include false accusations so them writing a comment on one of my posts in a completely unrelated community, saying I wrote the post to be able to "harass women", defamation, slander and libel. It may also include monitoring, identity theft, threats, vandalism, solicitation for sex, doxing, or blackmail.

Yeah man, recognizing usernames on Lemmy is akin to doxxing. You got me.

For the record, I had upvoted that post you made earlier and recognized you from it. I didn’t have to stalk your post history. I knew what was in it already.
