One explanation of the box he's wearing on his ass is that it's a continuous IV pump required for extreme cases of pulmonary/arterial hypertension. It looks like it may end up being heart disease.
Thank you. I kept reading people offering endless diaper jokes as the explanation, but he's been wearing diapers for years and that ass box is new. Your suggestion is the first realistic guess I've seen.
As an aside, this video came out on the official WH press secretary's X account. Looks like Karoline Leavitt is even more pissed off about being left behind on the decoy plane than we thought, lol.
