Call me crazy but "insulting / critiquing / feelings or sentiment injury" shouldn't be a crime anywhere, that's ridiculous.
That being said, if the law is "you gotta stay inside on this day" and you go outside... well, that's illegal bro, and you took pictures documenting it.
