So two of them were top priorities for 3 waters? and the other should have been worked on at a national level 20 years ago

Nobody thinks those aren't important, we just want our infrastructure spending to be decided by the people who are paying for and using it.

If Chippy had the balls to stand up to TPM and say the public have clearly rejected co-governance, three waters would have been a relatively unremarkable piece of legislation. We didn't reject three waters, we rejected co-governance over built infrastructure.
