I had heard the name before, but it certainly hadn't made an impression on me until now. Please see my edit to my previous post too.
if they come after lemmy i bet it would be on instance admins of instances promoting anticapitalism and hating on Trump, and the devs, or just go after ActivityPub devs and force github/gitlab to remove all related repos, not so far fetched to happen considering the list of United States government online resource removals under the second Trump administration and now this
