Hey there are no studies that the dairy trade groups haven't challenged that show growth hormones and massive systematic antibiotic use are bad! I mean, if you can't trust US regulatory agencies who can you trust? /s

Chapman's wouldn't use American cream. They likely sourced things like stabilizers, dyes, sweeteners and flavourings.
