So slap a bounty on his ass and send in the fucking bounty hunters already. They make about $65k a year, so $100k outta solve the problem real quick.
They don’t need to do that. Mexico is firmly against all these actions by trump and ice. I’m willing to bet that Mexico would put out a warrant and send him straight to Minnesota when they get him.
I'm guessing that Mexico doesn't have an extradition agreenent with the US. That doesn't mean they can't do a one-off on their own initiative.

In my ignorant defence the article was speculating about running to Mexico. I do enjoy unrealistic movies though.
