That's a German term, yes. It is not "evil" though because it is spelt and pronounced differently.

Well this is about grammar and German is mostly quite consistent (compared to English anyway) so I'd be inclined to call it Lawful Evil. Except plurals aren't super consistent and plenty of times they add '-en' or even just tack on '-s' like in English so besides knowing the gender you kind of have to know whether or not the word is Germanic in the first place. So maybe neutral evil is correct in this case lol
