Such a vague way to say they ignore war crimes committed by a government.
It makes sense though. From a military perspective it's not smart to make them an enemy. If the enemy has good weapons you would want to use them too. Israel is very strong in cyberwarfare for example.
I agree and I can understand the rationale. I still find it hard to hear.
Political decisions?
Wow, they need to be removed from any position of power.
