We were talking about what to have for dinner and she wanted a wrap. I made a comment about not having any beets. She barely reacted... So I am lighting the dad-signal, give me some good recipes for wraps with beets! 😋

Grated beetroot, crème fraiche, leafy greens, dill and smoked salmon makes a good wrap
