Can somebody help me identifying a movie? (sopuli.xyz)

Of not, please point me towards the right community to ask.

The movie in question must be from 80's. The story revolves around dog fighting rings. There is a young girl who has a doberman that is a put to fight and reveals itself as champion but the girl doesn't want him to fight and eventually die. The movie ends with the girl rescuing the dog.

10 years ago you could type the same description into google search and get the same answer without destroying everything.

True, but today it doesn't really work anymore as traditional search engines aren't as good as before and also everything is filled with AI slop so they are even worse.

That doesn't even make llms good by comparison. It is an example of how they are destroying everyrhing.
