You mean the file dump that hasn't actually been shown to have episode 3 stuff in it or something else?
I think there was some unused assets for the scrapped version of Portal 2 which may or may not have been shared with a potential HL2: Episode 3 or something. Which is like, meh? Close enough for headline writers to go nuts, anyway.
The 12TB Steam dump that supposedly has stuff, I admittedly didn’t look into it since it’s not really my interest
I believe the news was "we haven't looked through all of it yet so we can't guarantee there ISN'T any episode 2 stuff"
