I'm so confused. Was this intentional? Did AI backfire and they uploaded the output anyway? Was it malicious compliance?

So there's a second image that looks actually plausible. The gables are turned the other way, and the geometry checks out.
I think that part the reason why it seemed so strange. That image could easily also be AI (like 95% sure), but it's getting really difficult to recognize sometimes. Only tell I found so far was the weird bunny on the shelf facing away from the shot, and the text on the books is too low-res to gauge. The string lights are a bit sus too.
Even if I didn't have a shed full of woodworking tools I wouldn't buy it.
